Responsibilities:
- Lead the affiliate marketing program, developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and drive growth
- Manage a team of affiliate marketing experts, providing guidance and coaching to ensure success in their roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on affiliate marketing initiatives and goals
- Continuously analyze the affiliate marketing program's performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and affiliates, building trust and ensuring long-term success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the program remains competitive and innovative
- Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI while remaining within budget constraints
- Identify and manage risks associated with the affiliate marketing program, including fraud prevention and legal compliance
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, fostering an environment where team members are encouraged to take risks and learn from failures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practice
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience managing budgets and achieving results within budget constraints
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, including affiliate networks and tracking software
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
