We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team based in Walsall, England. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,363 per annum plus excellent benefits.
About the role
As our Sales Administrator you will act as the first point of contact for Key National Account queries and work closely with the National Account Managers to drive added value into the National Account function which services customers across the length and breadth of the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
· Managing key parts of the tender process including gathering all opportunities for tenders either direct from the customer or through Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs) via various internal and external channels, assisting the Sales Executive in creation and distribution of submission documents to customer or TPI and ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting of all tendered opportunities
· Managing steps of onboarding to ensure all meter reads at transfer are processed accurately
· Managing wholesale forms where applicable to ensure timely resolution of metering queries
· Refining all outstanding and forecasted tender opportunities as well as all internal trackers
· Developing networks and relationships with TPIs and customer representative groups and stakeholders within their nominated sectors to raise the awareness of Source for Business, identify sector aspirations in relation to water, waste water and added value services, and drive service improvements from the wholesale provider
· Enhancing the Company’s image through excellent customer service and ensuring a fast and responsive service is experienced by the customers from PWS as the retailer and from the Wholesaler
What we are looking for:
· 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths, English and a science subject
· Financial and commercial acumen or the competencies to develop this
· Customer service experience in the utility sector
· Experience of generating sales through service
· Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of a business
