Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop HR strategies & work plans, budgets across the scope of HR (HR Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Development, General Services, Industrial Relations)
- Carry out the recruitment process from seacrhing candidates, selection, psychological tests, interviews
- Assist the project team in finding candidates for project tender needs.
- Ensure & check every month to run Payroll,BPJS,Pph21,calculations are correct and no errors occur.
- Coordinate and control PKWT, Manage employee databases and candidate databases into the HRIS.
- Collaborate with management to prepare organizational structures, SOP, job descriptions, job functions, soft skills & hard skills competency, KPI for all employees and employee performance appraisal.
- Create, compile, evaluate company policies & procedures
- Create and run a training program ( Induction Training, softskill training, hardskill)
- Conducting coaching & counseling for employees with problems ( diciplinary, productivity )
- Responsible Solving Internal & External conflicts
- Create Monthly report to BOD
Qualification:
- Candidates must possess at least S1 majoring in Psychology, Human Resouces Management,Law.
- At least 5 years experience in HR / HC Manager.
- Experienced in IT Company is Preferable.
- Good Understanding in Labor law, regulation and policies.
- Expert in: Recruitment ( IT), Organization Development, Talent Management, HC Development, HC Operation, Industrial Relation.
- Demonstrated good communication skills, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking
- Good in HR Analytic and good knowledge in updated regulation in Human Resources area & implementation.

Salary: Rp18,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
Experience:
- Human Capital Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
- IT Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
