Receptionist – DIFC

My client is looking for a Receptionist to join their growing firm based in beautiful offices in DIFC. They are seeking a Receptionist who has worked in luxury hotels. This is initially a contract with the view to go permanent.
Duties Include:
- Screen calls via switchboard and route to destinations
- Meet and greet visitors offering 5* service
- Track and properly log in/out all visitors
- Manage and assign guest and client meeting rooms
- Manage meeting room requests
- Arrange with Office Attendants for visitor refreshments
- Book taxis / on ground transport
- Maintaining contact with external vendors and suppliers
- Assign new joiner office access cards
- Apply for building access cards for new hires/ COS and Transfers
- Maintaining stock control of all reception items
- Building working relationships with key stakeholders
- Adhoc general office duties/office support such as faxing, printing, binding, and updating of email distribution lists etc
YOU ARE
To be successful in this Receptionist role you must be articulate, well-presented, professional and it is essential you have worked within 5* hotels.
SKILLS
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be discreet with confidential information
- Personable, loyal, professional
Requirements
- 1-3 years working as a Receptionist / Client Services
- Experience working in the hospitality sector (luxury hotels)
- Essential you live in UAE– applicants outside of this region cannot be considered
