Operations are now seeking a talented Return-To-Vendor & Sample Assistant to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Report quality issues to Vendors, Retail and Customer Care teams
- Build and maintain relationships with Vendors and Internal teams
- Process faulty stock and vendor returns as per agreed SLA’s
- Follow up on credit notes for returned product and repair cost where applicable
- Maintain accurate inventory and system update
- Liaise with the seamstress to manage minor repairs
- Liaise with vendors to co-ordinate repairs for customers
- Liaise with internal shipping departments to arrange return shipments
- Inspect faulty returns as per agreed SLA’s and determine appropriate action
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
