We are a team of 15+ TA professionals responsible for all TA-activities in Denmark and providing occasional support to other Nordic countries. We support hiring at all levels in the organisation ensuring that line managers in Danske Bank are equipped to release the potential of our employees.

Partnering on the end-to-end TA-process

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the business with the full Talent Acquisition cycle and collaborate closely with hiring managers and various stakeholders.

Your role entails:

  • Facilitate start-up meeting with hiring managers to plan the recruitment process
  • Support the hiring process with professional job postings
  • Participate on the second interview assisting with assessment feedback (we use P.A.P.I by Talogy and Hogan Assessments)
  • Finalising the recruitment together with the manager by advising on salary and conducting reference checks
  • Working in close collaboration with the Diversity & Inclusion office, HR Centres of Excellence and other HR-stakeholders to evolve and grow our set-up to always be on top of latest trends and fit for business
  • Being actively involved in - and over time potentially leading - a variety of TA-related improvement projects we are currently undertaking in the effort of optimizing the quality of our TA-delivery model.

We are looking for you …
… who can own the full Talent Acquisition process and are passionate about the dialogue with both candidates and hiring managers. You will become responsible for a number of Business Unit accounts, where you will work with different managers attracting talented candidates and assessing a potential great match.

Some of these Business Unit areas are occasionally challenged when trying to find new colleagues, so we are looking for you who are curious by nature, thrive in a changeable environment, handling and balancing multiple competing priorities, and finding new ways in attracting talented, potential candidates in a challenging marketplace.

Your background:

  • Solid experience from working with Talent Acquisition either in-house or from consultancy – or both
  • Relevant university degree, alternatively extensive experience supplemented with relevant courses
  • You have good communication skills in English, written and oral. Knowledge of Danish or another Nordic language is required
