· Studying project drawings/specifications and preparing Electrical shop drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
· Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
· Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems.
· Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
· Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
· Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
· Sizing of wires/cables as per actual loads.
· Sizing of cable tray / trunking
· Preparation of high level MEP coordination and wall coordination drawings.
· Preparation of coordinated RCP layouts.
