Administration Assistant [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general office administrative and clerical support for Sales Team
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties for logistic arrangement and procurement
  • Assist in company events such as Christmas party, annual dinner, and charity
  • Perform ad hoc assignments from superior

Requirement

  • Form 7 / DSE or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge in MS Office application
  • Well-organized, flexible, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and good work attendance
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
