About the HR Manager Role:
Reporting to the President Director, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions in the Jakarta office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Drive compensation and benefit strategy as well as payroll
- Work closely with Senior Management and become a business partner
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
To succeed in the HR Manager job, you will need to have solid experience in end-to-end HR within the oil and gas industry.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields
- Minimum of six years of experience an HR generalist in energy (oil and gas) industries
- Thorough knowledge of labour law
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy
