Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant supports the Executives at Stockholm Syndrome. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for organization, attention to detail, and a polished demeanor interacting with executives at all levels.Responsibilities:
? Provides support for the Executives of Stockholm Syndrome.
? Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
? Perform general administrative functions including the following: creating documents, photocopying, scanning, issuing documents for signature, creating and maintaining various databases, and digitally filing documents.
? Receive and distribute mail to the appropriate employees.
? Manage call-back lists and messages.
? Make travel arrangements for the team and process expense reports.
? Keep track of vacation/business travel calendar
? Keep track of expenses and receipts
? Keep up with supply office inventory
? Manage executive?s email organization
? Assist with database data entry and retrieval and content research as needed.
? Assist with setting up conference calls (telephone and video), scheduling meetings, maintaining the conference room calendar, and ensuring all equipment is working properly.
? Make reservations and coordinate travel arrangements for offsite meetings and events. Assist in the coordination of special events.
? Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas
? Take notes and issue meeting summaries/memos
? File documents.
? Other duties/projects as assigned.
Experience & Skills:
? BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
? 2+ years of administrative office experience with senior executive preferred.
? Experience writing coverage is a plus
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Ability to prioritize and maintain several projects at once.
? Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, excellent judgment, and the ability to work effectively with senior-level executives.
? Willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills including phone etiquette
? A self-starter who is able to work both independently and function well within a team
? Must be able to maintain project confidentiality.
? Ability to work under strict time constraints.
? Thrives under a fast-moving start-up environment
? Familiarity with MAC required.
? Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency a plus.
? Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.
? Ability to function in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities
? Ability to recognize a need and take ownership of its completion
? Strong passion for Television/Film and a willingness to learn
? Knowledge of the Swedish Language is a plus
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $21-$24 per hour based on experience.
