As a Senior Product Manager for FNZ, you will be responsible for managing the future of our platform, covering topics such as performance, scalability, and security of our platform. Leveraging your experience, you will address challenges related to integration capabilities, authentication, authorization, load and penetration testing, and more. You will lead the product lifecycle from concept to design, launch, and continuous evolution, ensuring that our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers and end users.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and drive the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring a compelling business value and an outstanding user experience.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop and enhance the platform, from research to concept, design, implementation, and rollout.
- Gather insights and feedback from platform users and infuse the learning back into the organization, ensuring matching product offerings.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand pain points, needs, and opportunities and use this to define and manage the roadmap for our platform.
- Facilitate communication with other streams to ensure that all roadmaps and deliverables are aligned.
Requirements:
- Product management: 5 years + Demonstrated experience in product management, including defining product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Enterprise platform expertise: Strong experience (5+years) of enterprise platforms, including their architecture, functionality, and integration capabilities.
- Platform integration: Experience with platform integration, including API design, integration patterns, and data synchronization across multiple systems.
- Technical acumen: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively, collaborate with engineering teams, and make informed decisions based on technical considerations.
- Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive product initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs, define requirements, and devise innovative solutions.
- Structural thinking: Experience in designing and implementing organizational processes, ideally for platform engineering, DevOps, or support functions.
