Job Description
  • Identify and engage with potential clients including banking and financial institutions to understand their software service requirements and position our offerings as solutions
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the target market to generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to business development strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Offering Development team to align strategies and ensure effective communication of KMS value propositions to clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of KMS Service Offerings to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, contracts with clients, adhering to KMS policies and procedures
  • Track and analyze sales data, customer feedback to identify areas for improvements
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years of sales roles with in IT Software Services industry, preferably in the BFSI sector
  • Experienced in successfully managing entire the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of ASEAN BFSI market, including customer challenges, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong network of contacts and relationship with decision makers in ASEAN BFSI industry. Prefer candidates with connections in Vietnam Banks.
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively
  • Prefer candidates located in Hanoi, though this is not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as required
