      • Assisting the HR coordinator with daily tasks & activities
      • Follow-up student contracts
      • Follow-up SOP´s
      • Recruiting trainees/staff
      • HR administration (informing staff and HOD´s for example about Belgian social law and Hospitalization )
      • Creating job descriptions for different departments
      • Preparations for the payroll
      • Checking / controlling the system of time-registration

PROFIEL

      • Available for a minimum period of 4 months
      • Takes good care of the employees and has an open attitude towards them
      • Works organized and proactive
      • Guest oriented and a hospitable appearance
      • Has strong social- and communicative skills
      • Able to find solutions and think out-of-the-box
      • Flexible
      • Working independently
      • Eye for detail
      • Has a varied knowledge of languages, at least Dutch and English, French and German are a plus
      • Team player
      • Stress resistant
