Position based: Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill (located by Marble Arch) with regular visits to other Hyatt Hotels across London
About the Recruiter role
This is a fast-paced role where you will be supporting the recruitment activities of multiple Hyatt hotels and stakeholders. Together with the Hotel HR teams and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will create and maintain partnerships with job boards, educational establishments and social enterprises.
Day-to-day tasks include posting adverts, screening CVs and interviewing candidates, and organising onsite interviews with hiring managers. Presenting and showcasing Hyatt as an employer of choice is a key part of this role, so strong communication skills are essential.
Recruitment technology is constantly evolving, you will keep up to date with the latest trends and be curious to source new ways of attracting candidates. You will be tech-savvy and embrace digital recruitment streams, from online interviewing to social media campaigns. Previous experience in this area is not essential, but you will need to have an interest in branding, marketing and social media platforms.
Additional skills required include creativity, resilience, integrity, organisation, tenacity, influencing and written skills.
