Position: Physical Therapist
Job Description:
The Physical Therapist is tasked primarily to assess & evaluate a client's physical concern, create an appropriate plan, and provide an effective treatment program to clients. He/she is also expected to properly document the plan of care and progress of clients. He/she is also encouraged to assist in sales and service promotion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Comprehensively assess and evaluate the client’s condition / concern for therapy
● Create an appropriate treatment plan based on the assessment and evaluation that is most suitable to the client’s condition / concern
● Provide and carry out an effective treatment program to address the client’s condition / concern
● Provide patient education regarding his/her condition, preventive measures, and home exercise program
● Properly document plan of care and progression for every initial, daily, & weekly assessment and evaluation of each client
● Ensure cleanliness by doing before and after care of treatment rooms
● Maintain order by auditing supplies and stock of all physical therapy materials
● Able to assist in sales and service promotion
Key Qualifications:
● Graduate of BS Physical Therapy
● Registered Physical Therapist (with PRC)
● Willing to undergo training
● Values hard work, integrity, and service oriented
● Able to work with minimal supervision
● Able to work efficiently and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
● With pleasing personality & able to communicate and interact with others effectively
● Has a strong sense of organization and has a keen eye for details
Preferred Qualifications:
● Fresh graduate of BS Physical Therapy from any reputable institution
Key Proficiencies:
● Extensive knowledge in providing manual physical therapy techniques
● With an excellent command of English and Filipino in both oral and written
● Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
