What You Will Do
The Selfcare Demand Planning Assistant Manager will collaborate with brand teams and other key stakeholders within Sales, marketing, shopper marketing, Finance and operations, responsible for internal and external customers and determine optimal inventory needs using multi-planning techniques, quick response to the daily deployment requirement and support GSP related tasks:
- Holistic view of total demand and supply. Provide visibility of demand in week/month bucket to downstream supply planning, CLS (warehouse and logistics) and manage the deployment by 12DC level.
- Partner with commercial team proactively and collect short-term demand info at channel, brand, and SKU level.
- Continuous drive by DC forecast accuracy, especially for seasonal products.
- Joint accountability of inventory management, to optimize inventory quality, turnover by DC to meet defined targets.
- GSP system operation to meet compliance requirement and ensure the traceability.
- 1st trading dossier evaluation: filing, evaluating the legal licenses, certifications related proof of quality certification and maintain in system to support 1st trading process.
- Draft and update relate procurement procedure and WI to comply with GSP regulations.
- Be responsible for the implementation of the best practices under GSP organization, include system enhancement support, process optimization and other initiatives to continue improve working efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmacy, microbiology, chemistry, or medicine is a must.
- 3 years above experience on planning, delivery or others functions of phamercitual industry supply chain
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC, APO and GSP relevant tools.
- Strong multi-cultural communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Results-orientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail and a team player.
