As a Product Delivery Officer, you will be responsible
for the following activities:
- Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex
$ads={1}
business requirements as part of projects and/ or
change initiatives
- Provide end-to-end business solution proposals and
recommendations for implementation according to
your analysis, including technical solution design
aligned with delivery and architecture teams
- Prepare, coordinate and support the
implementation phase hand in hand with the
delivery team (developers, testers and IT Services)
- Collaborate closely with projects managers, other
internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and
external partners
- Perform feasibility studies and in-depth
assessments for new strategic projects and
business initiatives
- Identify and recommend best practices for
automation and standardisation to enhance and
optimise (business) processes
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or
computer science
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Good practical knowledge in requirements engineering or
product management and functional solution and
process design
- Knowledge of banking/payment platforms, or API-driven
processes
- Practical experience working with agile/lean
methodologies like Scrum or Kanban would be an asset
