Job Description
*Hot & Cold Equipment Technician
Qualifications:
-With degree in Electrical/Electromechanical or related course
-Has at least 2 years of experience as hot & cold restaurant equipment technician - repairs and
preventive maintenance
-Skilled in kitchen systems, hot and cold equipment repairs and maintenance
-Able to understand principle of refrigeration and heating
-Able to multi-task and highly organized
-Willing to work on night shifts or after mall hour schedules
-With valid drivers license is an advantage
Duties:
-Repair electrical and mechanical systems of equipments to ensure they are consistent with operational
and safety standards
-Perform preventive maintenance, deep cleaning of equipments
-Perform material/parts purchases
-Assist in new store setup, warehousing of refrigeration and hot equipments, other systems and conduct
warehouse items repairs when necessary
-Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
-Perform, assist basic trade repairs when necessary (carpentry, painting, plumbing)
-Other task related to restaurant repair and mauintenance
