Expert IAM EngineerLocation: Mexico City, Mexico
Job Description: We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Expert IAM Engineer to join our team as a technical leader. As an Expert IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, architecture, and management of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is a senior-level role for an individual with 8+ years of experience in IAM or a related field to shape our IAM capabilities in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Define the strategic roadmap and architecture for the IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements.
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced IAM solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Monitor and respond to complex IAM system events and incidents, providing expert analysis and mitigation strategies.
Develop and enforce best practices for configuring and managing IAM policies and access controls.
Conduct advanced access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
Stay updated with emerging IAM trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior IAM engineers and support teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM platforms with other security tools and systems.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new IAM technologies and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or a similar role.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Deep understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
Experience with at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Microsoft security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.
Vendor certifications from at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
