What this job involves:
Communication Bridge between vendor and user.
Understand and define user’s requirement.
Monitor the performance and appraise vendor.
Review and sign contract with vendor.
Process the payment to the vendor.
Ensure insurance cover UBS property and employee risk.
Communicate with Archibus team for cost allocation update.
Support EMS activity and collect EMS data.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
At least bachelor educated above.
Good with computer knowledge
Willingness to work in vendor communication, highly organized and able to work independently.
Responsibility and promptness in user’s requirement
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in in financial industry is plus.
Ability to get along with colleague and handle stress.
Reliability in carrying out assignments with effectiveness
Enthusiasm and initiative shown for job
Ability to accept criticism and changes in processes.
