Job Description

This role will be reporting to the National Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing initiatives
  • Monitoring sales performance and provide regular reports to management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience in FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
