Four Seasons Resorts Thailand Office is looking for Office Administrative Assistant who supports Sales & Marketing, PR and People & Culture.
The position will be based in Bangkok office and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Work authorization for the location is required.
Responsibilities
1. Able to maintain professional business confidentiality.
2. Able to properly handle, use and maintain office equipment and supplies.
3. Maintains proper records of all memos, letters and correspondence.
4. Organize and file documents in a systematic manner.
5. Maintains adequate stock of office supplies.
6. Controls all stationary supplies.
7. Accommodate requests and questions from clients.
8. Well versed with personal computer and operates various computer software programs such as Microsoft Office etc. in order to increase office efficiency.
9. Work harmoniously and professionally with employees, co-workers and superiors, both intra and inter-department.
10. Working Schedule Mapping , reconciliation and month end submission
11. Preparation of Vouchers / Gift cards for Sales Trips
12. Booking of Tickets for Executive Travel Invoice Management and Distribution for all agencies, partners, ( PR/Sales/Marketing/Digital)
13. KOL/ Influencer/FAM/ Employee FAM - raising comp forms and seeking approvals and submitting online
14. Managing the bookings and events backend for TTT
15. Support People & Culture function such as Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Learning and other requirements.
