About the Opportunity:
We currently have 2 pick pack positions available for reliable, organised people with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. We provide all the training and ongoing support for this role, with plenty of opportunities for advancement within the company for successful candidates.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manual picking of orders with a high level of accuracy
- Packing orders to client specifications
- Checking orders
- Ensuring and maintaining warehouse and workspace cleanliness
- Stocktaking and processing in stock orders
To be successful in this role previous experience is not necessary, but you will need to demonstrate that you have the following skills and attributes
- Excellent English comprehension, oral and written skills
- A strong work ethic with a friendly, positive outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Physically fit, and be able to lift 15kg+ boxes safely and repetitively
- high level of focus and attention to detail
- able to work under pressure in a fast paced and manual environment
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- good maths skills
- good memory to locate the stock for ease of picking
- be comfortable with learning and using technology and software
- Australian Citizenship or residency - Aetherworks is a registered Trusted trader with Borderforce. As such all employees must pass a basic security vetting to be offered employment.
