Account Assistant [Malaysia]


 
  • Prepare relevant document for Payable cycles and get approval by the authorize personnel within time frame.
  • Ensure the approved payment are completed and delivered to the suppliers.
  • Monitor the cash flow status for the other related companies assigned.
  • Preparing documentations for banks, authorities and other related parties as required by superiors.
  • To assist the Executive on finalizing the Audited Accounts of the company.
  • Any other related duties that may assign by the superiors with regards to accounts and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in Accounting Department.
  • Good writing skills in Bahasa and English.
