Job Description
- Product Strategy and Prioritization: Integrate and clarify the requirements provided by the business development team, translating them into product solutions, and evaluating and prioritizing them.
- Team Collaboration and Problem-solving: Lead team collaboration, working with product designers, engineers to identify possible solutions to problems, evaluate, and prioritize them.
- Business Insights Analysis: Analyze business insights, industry trends, and competitive strategies with the team, and validate the effectiveness of new product functionalities.
- Product Goal Definition and Management: Define key product indicators aligned with business objectives, lead cross-functional product development teams to achieve goals, and manage product delivery schedules.
- Team Communication and Process Optimization: Listen, collect team feedback, quickly adjust team operational processes, and communicate product development direction and progress with stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 5+ years of experience in product planning and platform management.
- EdTech related experience is a big plus or passion in Edtech industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proactive, positive, strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and passionate about education and learning.
- Candidates with a background in software experience are preferred.
