Who we are looking for
A Spanish speaking Customer Account Advisor to join our Customer Service team to support the Company’s operation at our offices based in Bogotá.
You will assist our global customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email. You will be assisting our customers with a wide variety of account queries including payments, login, verification and betting queries.
From your first day with the Company, relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including sports and betting, giving you the tools and knowledge to provide an excellent customer experience. Development continues throughout the role enabling you to build your career in an innovative team.

Candidates must be prepared to work any five days from seven between the hours of 07:00 and 22:00 including weekends and public holidays based at our offices in Bogotá, we would require an element of flexibility depending on business level requirements.

Preferred skills and experience
Fluent/Native verbal and written communication in Spanish.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service.
Excellent people skills.
Ability to multi-task; with strong attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve and find a resolution.
Competent literacy and numeracy skills.
Preferred experience in a customer-facing role.
Main Responsibilities
Communicating effectively with our Spanish-speaking customers.
Communicating with internal English-speaking departments to resolve customer’s queries or complaints.
Providing support to our customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email.
Reviewing and escalating queries from customers to your superiors when required.
Providing a positive experience to our customers and resolving their queries as soon as possible.
Using internal tools to resolve customer’s queries.
Promoting Responsible Gambling.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge with licensing policies procedures and criteria.
