This role’s main goal is to assist Artwork Coordinator of POL&BAL in on-going work. You will deliver artwork projects, from their initiation to delivery, in required time and within the given budget.

Key responsibilities:- Assisting on daily basis in the projects assigned and deliver projects in line with instructions given
- Tracking company’s AW projects
- Coordinating the BRANDWORKS system for selected projects (completing the brief and uploading it to the system, obtaining documentation, contacting BrandMarketing to accept the brief, accepting the files in accordance with the accepted documentation)
- Co-operating and liasing with various, internal stakeholders involved in the Artwork process
- Working on artworks approval: finding out and correcting spelling and punctuations mistakes
- Maintaining the stakeholders updated during the AW process
- Ensuring the timely realization of each task in accordance with the Project Timeline schedule
Our requirements:
- Polish language native with good command of English (min. B2 level)
- Student status, minimum 2nd year of studies but able to work full time
- Proofreading experience is an advantage
- An eye for details
- Conscientiousness and patience while being able to multitask
- Strong sense of urgency and achievement
- Resilient and able to respond under pressure
- „Can do” attitude
- Self-motivated – assertive in initiating action
