THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A DATA ENTRY - CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALISTThis position works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
As a crucial member of our company, you provide friendly and helpful assistance to clients over the phone and through email. Aside from providing quality customer service, you also handle data entry tasks, create work orders, and dispatch technicians to keep our operations running smoothly. OUR IDEAL DATA ENTRY - CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
We're looking for a highly personable individual with great customer service skills that can meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Ability to perform office tasks
- Basic computer skills
A high school diploma OR equivalent is preferred. Customer service experience would be a plus. Fluency in both English and Spanish would also be beneficial.
