Shopper & Category Operation Management Supervisor/购物者营销与品类运营管理主管 [China]


 

Main Purpose of this role: summary
Develop Beauty category growing strategy in offline in terms of category definition, vision, drivers, key J2BD, channel features especially COS, category value creation trade selling story with CSP and Marketing
Lead offline category operation excellence and dynamic resource management, value chain setting and price guideline execution to ensure top line business delivery.
1. Category Definition & Priority
  • Help to develop product portfolio RTM strategy with RTM team and deploy successfully with sales team
  • Work with team to develop 6P from category lens fit into channel scope
2. S&OP delivery including TTS, TO,GM Mix
  • Forecast on NPD, product line by channel agility with dynamic management
  • Delivery S&OP and P&L via trade spending management (Optimization of BMI &Trade push)
  • Work with Team/Sales/CSP to develop category/brand cos experience via activation, digitalization etc
  • Closely work with Sales to localize/ customize the category plan to develop TGT with GM optimization.
3. Operation Simplification
  • Drive COM simplification Process&RTM agenda
Requirements:
  • prefer RT experience(DT/COS/KC)
  • 3 years FMCG working experience
  • Good communication and business sense
